SIBERIAN ELM

Siberian elm is known for its wild and irregular grain patterns. These grain patterns range from small knots with feathery lines to heavily burled, which are much more visible once stain or finish is applied. Siberian is mostly heartwood and is generally medium brown. The unique character of the wood and easy stainability makes Siberian elm optimal for furniture making.
